We are mother and daughter.
Our goal is to breed small-scale, healthy, good-natured and thoroughbred Jack Russell Terriers for active homes. For their owners, both beloved family members and hobby buddies.
Our dogs live at home with us. That is why our breeding work is based a lot on co-owned dogs, and we have had the pleasure and luck of having really nice and cooperative people as our co-owned dogs “households”.
The puppies are only sold to cooperative homes, because we want to hear about the puppies later on as well. We try to organize meetings with puppy owners for dates or other nice things. Sometimes we go to exhibitions or other events together.

I got my first dog, Pustansami, a labrador retriever, in 1972, and another labrador, Sänkåkers Kaneli, came to us 10 years later. That’s where my dog hobby started. Ever since I was a little girl, I have dreamed that one day I would own my own kennel. This dream came true when I got my own kennel name in 2007. I took the basic breeder’s course in 2006. I started my breeding work with Labrador retrievers, but today I breed only Jack Russell terriers on a small scale.
Over the years, dogs and the dog hobby have started to take up almost all of my free time.
With my dogs, I enjoy jogging, exhibitions, and to some extent also Agility and Nosework, and obedience has also become a hobby.
Dogs have always been important to me. It would be hard to imagine life without them and everything else, the countless moments rich in memories and good friends that this beloved hobby brings.

I’m Petra and I’m one of the breeders in our kennel.
A couple of years ago, I jumped into the dog breeding business, after completing the basic breeder’s course.
I live in Vihti, right next to Veikkola.
2 russels and 2 labrador retrievers live at home.
I do exhibitions, nosework with the dogs, and now with the labbies, retrieving exercises have started.
I am a dog groomer by profession.
